What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, work email address, country, telephone number (if given), the product you are interested in and the content of your message, together with the time the enquiry was sent. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we hold the correspondence and the contact details you use.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not set tracking cookies of its own.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and to carry out the partner qualification, quotation or documentation process you have asked about. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To keep records of business communications. Legal basis: our legitimate interests and our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations as a wholesaler of pharmaceutical goods.

Who receives it

Enquiries are handled by Sterlington staff. Our website and enquiry form are hosted on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, and the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; these providers may process your IP address to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards in line with our record-keeping obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the United Kingdom, for example by our hosting provider, we rely on the safeguards available under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and, where applicable, to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@sterlingtonpharma.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
